Alchemy crystal bowls are a great companion to meditation.
It's a great tool to help raise awareness.

So, on this full moon day, we will be doing a "sound meditation."
The bell will be delivered by Yuzuko.
I am not good at meditation, but if there is sound, it is easier to meditate with an alchemy crystal bowl. I will explain why meditation is easier, select an alchemy crystal bowl that matches the sound meditation, and show how to play it in a way that matches the sound.
