You can start using crystal bowls even if you don't have any special knowledge of music or sound.
Even after you start, there's no need to study anything specifically about music.

I really do think that the quality of the sound produced by a crystal bowl changes depending on your state of mind and state of consciousness. Even with the same bowl, the texture of the sound can really change depending on who is playing it.

Recently, I have come to feel that bowls are good at working on more than just healing: they are good at influencing consciousness.

Anyway, meditation works well for me. I especially have a hard time sitting still.

Distracting thoughts immediately come to mind.
I think it's more suitable for people who are better at "movement" than "stillness" (oh, that's me) ^^
